First Female Chief at Å®ÉñÐßÐßÑо¿Ëù<\/h2>\r\n

Å®ÉñÐßÐßÑо¿Ëù has a new chief of police and for the first time in Å®ÉñÐßÐßÑо¿Ëù’s history, a woman is leading the department! Jennifer Rodgers brings 28 years of law enforcement experience with the Å®ÉñÐßÐßÑо¿Ëù City Police Department to the job. She is an alumna, holding a Master of Arts in criminal justice from Å®ÉñÐßÐßÑо¿Ëù. She also served as adjunct professor in Å®ÉñÐßÐßÑо¿Ëù’s criminal justice program.

The Å®ÉñÐßÐßÑо¿Ëù City Police Department Honor Guard presented the colors and student Kimberly Dychman sang the National Anthem.
<\/p>\r\n

President Henry read the Oath of Honor and performed the official pinning, joking that he had never pinned anyone through a bulletproof vest before.
