The PA Program will be 28 months in duration.
The initial 15 months will consist of didactic training in the basic and clinical sciences on the Å®ÉñÐßÐßÑо¿Ëù campus.
The subsequent 12 months will consist of required and elective clinical rotations throughout Å®ÉñÐßÐßÑо¿Ëù in the following areas:
- Family Medicine
- Internal Medicine
- Pediatrics
- Women's Health
- Behavioral Health
- Surgery
- Emergency Medicine
- Medicine/Surgical Electives
The final month will consist of a preceptorship in a practice arranged by the student and a summative evaluation process to ready students for entry into the profession.
