Apply for Fall and Spring Housing
Welcome to Å®ÉñÐßÐßÑо¿Ëù! We at Housing and Residence Life are excited that you've decided to join the Å®ÉñÐßÐßÑо¿Ëù Family and to live on campus. We have multiple options based on your classification and below you will find detailed information about applying to live on campus. Housing contracts are offered for the full academic, fall and spring terms, and spring term-only lengths.
New students
- Applications for the 2024-2025 Academic Year will be live on Jan. 23, 2024
- Pursuant to the policies of Å®ÉñÐßÐßÑо¿Ëù, all undergraduate students are required to reside on campus for a duration of three (3) academic years or until reaching Senior standing. Additionally, campus residents are required to participate in on-campus dining services by enrolling in a meal plan. Students who wish to apply for an exemption should complete and submit a residency requirement exemption form. To apply for on-campus housing, please visit the

Current students
- Housing Reapplication is available starting Feb. 13, 2024
- Current on-campus students who plan to live on campus for the 2024-2025 academic year must go through the reapplication process which consists of the room retention and room selection processes. For more information regarding the reapplication process, please visit here.
Spring Term
- This application went live Oct. 25, 2023
- Spring housing assignments will be sent out in mid-December
- All students under the age of 21 who are enrolled full-time before the first day of classes must live on campus.
All new incoming students must apply for on-campus housing or apply for an exemption. Students who meet one or more of the following criteria may apply for an exemption: married students, military duty, 21 years or older, living in a fraternity house, or commuting to campus within a 30-mile radius living with their parent/guardian. Students who wish to apply for an exemption should visit to fill out the Residency Exemption Form.
