Å®ÉñÐßÐßÑо¿Ëù Housing and Residence Life looks forward to welcoming our new and returning residents for the Summer 2024 semester!
Unlike the fall and spring semesters Å®ÉñÐßÐßÑо¿Ëù students do not need to be enrolled to reside on campus during this summer. Each student that is not enrolled must be verified to be in good financial standing with the Office of Student Financial Services before being assigned.
Summer Assignments
All students during the summer term are assigned to our Cokesbury Court Apartments. This is due to campus dining services not being open and meal plans not being offered. Assignments will be sent out assignments on a rolling basis as applications are fully reviewed.
Move-In
New Students
Students arriving on campus will be able to check in anytime from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on Friday, May 10th at the Cokesbury Clubhouse Housing Office. You can request to move in on Saturday, May 11th, and Sunday, May 12th by contacting Housing and Residence Life at [email protected]. Staff will work with those students on a case by case basis between the hours of 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Current Residents
Current students living on campus that do not currently live in Cokesbury will be relocated to Cokesbury as soon as their new room is cleaned and ready. This usually takes around two weeks after spring move out has ended. Housing and Residence Life will contact the student through their Å®ÉñÐßÐßÑо¿Ëù email. Students are required to move from their spring assignment to summer assignment within 72 hours after provided notice that their summer assignment is ready.
Room Assignments
Students that are new to housing and moving in during the summer term will be assigned to Cokesbury based on availability and preference.
If a student is living in Cokesbury for the Fall Semester we will try to move you into your fall room to help minimize moving but can not guarantee it.
Moving Out
All students not returning for the fall semester will need to be moved out at the end of the summer term by July 26th by 4:00pm. Housing and Residence Life will send out move out instructions at the end of the summer.
Students that are returning in the fall and need to move into their room for the fall will be notified by Housing and Residence Life when their room is ready for them to move into. This usually occurs at the end of July or beginning of August and must move over within 72 hours.
