Accounts & Access

Access to the campus network and the numerous online resources needed by our students and employees requires user accounts associated to each individual. These accounts are created for students when they are admitted to the university and for employees upon confirmation of their employment.

Students and employees should take great care in keeping their account passwords confidential. Passwords should never be shared with anyone, regardless of their role with the university. Users with access to the campus network and online resources must abide by the Computer Use Policy.

While Å®ÉñÐßÐßÑо¿Ëù is working to simplify the technology access process to a single username and password, there are still a few online services that are tied to your Å®ÉñÐßÐßÑо¿Ëù network user account. Computer login, print access, and wireless access are among these services. Your Å®ÉñÐßÐßÑо¿Ëù Network credentials are everything before the @ in your email address. For example, [email protected] network username would be just jdoe and the corresponding password associated with that username

Students are initially provided their campus access credentials (Microsoft 365 credentials) via email during the Admissions process. Contact your Admissions Counselor if you have not yet received this information.

Employees are provided their access credentials from their supervisors upon employment and only after the Human Resources department has processed the new employee's information in Banner.

Want to change your network password, or you have forgotten it?

Go to the Password Self-Service site located at to manage your network password. It is strongly recommended that everyone with a network account visit this site to setup a series of secret questions and answers you can use to retrieve a forgotten password.

Student email accounts are not tied to the students' network accounts. These accounts are completely independent and will be used only for accessing Office 365 and email.

Students are initially provided their email credentials via email (to their non-Å®ÉñÐßÐßÑо¿Ëù email account) during the Admissions process. Contact your Admissions counselor if you have not yet received this information.

The first thing to try is use the tools in Office 365, assuming you have previously setup your secret questions and answers within Office 365. Go to , enter your email address, click "can't access your account" link, and follow the prompts from there.
